| Xpu-ha Palace Pet Friendly |

| Beginning in 2009, the Xpu-ha Palace will allow pets to join you on your vacation. Up to 2 pets can join your room. The first pet is free, the second pet has a charge of $50.00 per stay. The pet must be at least 5 months old and weigh under 40 lbs. |

| New for 2009, the Palace Resorts will expand it's wine cellar to include wines that carry the Wine Spectator rating of 85 or higher at all of their properties. Palace Resorts will also upgrade the beef they serve at all of their restaurants to Certified Angus Beef. They have upgraded their coffee and tea line and will now serve Cafe Britt, gourmet Costa Rican coffees, and Bigelow teas. Also new premium liquors, such as Chivas Regal, Tanqueray, Absolut, Johnnie Walker and Jack Daniels will now be served at all of the resorts. |
